We have 3 major bugs that need to be fix. Look for someone that have experience with WHMCS.
Bug 1 - High – Cron jobs not working & invoices not generating ….
Description : From our log files The last Cron job ran Dec 31 2015 nothing since .
Automatic settings is : php -q /var/www/html/wc/wcmembers/wcgest/[login to view URL]
When we run the php command “php -q /var/www/html/wc/wcmembers/wcgest/[login to view URL]” in putty to verify the cron jobs it gives an error related to Ioncube.
We have Ioncube installed version 5.4 . (loader 4.6.1) in PHP info page its lists the following :

According to WHMCs website we have the proper requirements “above” we have the proper versions of PHP and Ioncbe;…
Possible cause :
We were doing some backups and roll backs of the system “WHMC’s” during the months of Nov to Dec due to module for Multilanguage content “unrelated to this problem” that might had cause the problem.

Bug 2 – High- Recurring payments not working for users that pay on monthly basis without a PayPal subscription [Can be related to bug 1]
Description : Clients that pay on a monthly basis [without PayPal subscription] there invoices, emails .. are not automatically generated . This is currently done manually . This problem was raised with WHMC’s support that asked us to verify if the client(s) profile(s) and product(s) were in status “ Active” . This was rectified by us and it seemed to had fix the problem but around the same time that the Cron job’s cease to run, the problem started again.
This could be very well caused by Bug # 1 or not .

Bug 3 – Med/High – Emails for [clients invoices …. ] not sent to our Gmail inbox.
Description : We are not receiving emails that are Cc’ed or BCC’ed to our Gmail inbox. We did some investigation and tried other emails addresses “Hotmail & Gmail” and it works, meaning the emails get sent. We mentioned this to our tech specialist and he mentioned that this could be caused by our Server were WHMCSis hosted that uses our GD account to send out emails , something about the system not being able to resend itself emails ….

i read all the 3 tasks and i will finish 2 tasks with 101% guranaty like cron job not workign but as u saying mails not sending to gmail, i must need to check it first that whats the issue, i am red hat cerdtified linux admin and worked a lot on whmcs, waiting for your reply as i am ready to start work from now
I can help you with this project only in this way:
A friend of mine can fully decode ANY ioncube file. So, if you use the decoded files, there is no need of using ioncube loader!
He usually asks for $6 per file BUT he asks for much lower price for many files.
So, if you are interested in this solution, send me ALL files you want to be decrypted and i'll send you back his price.
