I posted a job about a month ago, and due to a death in the family, I couldn't finish up stuff here. I've since been back to work, and I really need this job to be done soon. Possibly, within a few days.

[THE JOB]
I work as a scheduler for a car-carrier shipping company. I schedule shipments, and manpower as they come. The timing always varies, and I often need to re-schedule over and over again. I use excel, just to have a very customizable gantt chant that I can easily keep changing (refer to "PDF").
1. It shows the information of my shipments: Ship name, Voyage #, date/time of ETS, date/time of ETC, how many units (location) we're discharging (HH = number of heavy vehicles, special remarks/items), how many units we're loading (location) (HH).
2. Just to look at things better, it's gotta be like in a calendar or gantt chart format. The hourly division helps us understand the hours of work they've done.
3. The manpower listed you can see in the same file, are of a few teams. The groups are as follows;
[i] Duty Manager (6 names),
[ii] Hatch Supervisors (11 names),
[iii] Pick Up Driver (3 names),
[iv] Ferrymen/Car Jockeys/Keyman (6 teams, Leaders per Team to be named as Ferryman),
[v] Heavy Drivers (5 names)
[vi] Checkers (14 names0
[vii] Lashing Team (10 teams)
[viii] Yardmen Team (5 teams)
*** The Ferryman/Car Jockeys/Keyman/Heavy Drivers may have casual workers in the assignment instead should the job be more than 12 hours long. In this case, I'd usually list the number of Ferryman, Keyman, and Car Jockeys I've allocated from which of the 3 contractors we take workers from.
4. Reports wise, I just need them to print a PDF report on a weekly basis. Like now, we're in week 32 of 2016, from the 8th-14th of August (Mon-Sun). Also, the number of hours each team/name has done on a weekly and monthly basis. Finally, when allocating manpower it should in a way help me allocate them like who's next in cue and who is already at work in that time frame or hasn't had at least 12 hours of rest from the last assignment etc.
I know it may seem complexed, if so, you can only imagine how much I'm struggling doing it like this. This month, is a slow month for us. Next month onwards, it's gonna get really hectic and I'd really need some help from some kinda system.
Of course, for my simple brain, I can't do anything like this. I don't know any programming. Just some excel skills. That's all. And I'm gonna have to pay for myself too. I can pay, but hopefully not too much.

Hello there,
I reviewed the PDF you shared and there are several ways to design the kind of system that will make it very easy for you to schedule/re-schedule. Since you already are working with Excel, I would recommend making a scheduling macro. From your point of view, it will be like clicking some buttons and perhaps setting some parameters and the scheduling for the week would be done. We can make it such that it will only take a few minutes for you to do re-scheduling.
