Hello, your description is a bit confusing to me. You want to upload a csv with zipcodes, and then the script will scrubb (what, a database?) and return a new list with that information, is that correct? Will you supply the database information? I can create it using php - MySQL. Thanks!

You have lists/databases with, let's call it, Contact Information such as name, address, phone number, and email address. You want to be able to upload CSV file with zip codes and download CSV file with a list of zip codes that matched one (or more) list(s) of Contact Information. Additionally you want to be able to lookup a specific zip code and see in what list(s) it is present. If that is correct I only have a few questions. Will the lists/databases of contact information be present on the server already or do you need way of providing these as well?
