Custom multi function lua script utp, propriatary protocal

I need a very good lua script developer who can create a script to run inside an application that performs several functions based on information it receives from real time streaming data. The script needs to establish a connection to external software on a network, send an opt in packet every 1000ms, and also receive streaming network data (utp). It needs to create custom variables based on the streaming data, And then post some of those variables back into the local softwares user command line. It also needs to perform some other functions which we can go into in more detail, if you feel like you are up for the challenge. Papers on the proprietary utp protocal, will be sent to you if you except the challenge. The lua/local software api will also be sent to you along with some example code, And other software for testing. Turn around must be within 5 days from this post. I can supply semi-detailed instructions, as well as example code, api, protocal specification, and all other information if you choose to take the job. It's a few hours work for the right person, with more longer term work available in time, to add extended functions to the code and make it as efficient as possible.
