Coding a production model in Julia

There is a mathematical model of 11 lines in the paper by Daniels et al (2004) I have modeled this model in Julia myself but adding the last constraint makes the model infeasible. So I guess I am making somewhere a mistake. I need somebody to code this model by the programming language Julia. The budget for this project is 50$ (nonnegotiable). The deadline for this project is 2 days (nonnegotiable). I will provide you with the paper, there is less than a page of explanations and less than a page for formulations, and you will procede yourself. I can provide you with my coding and you can just fix my coding and get the 50$. I need to indicate 2 last constraints are not linear. Please make sure you can model this in the aforesaid deadline otherwise the contract is canceled. I have a sample which I will evaluate your work against it and indicate if your work is right or wrong.
