I need an application to generate travel log based on car petrol consumption, location of the petrol station, amount of petrol filled, list of destination addresses. The application need to setup the following static parameters 1. Car petrol consumption 2. Car base parking location 3. Daily travel kilometer limitation 4. List of petrol receipts (Location, number of petrol filled) 5. List of destination addresses The application need to generate a log, which shows the date of travel from base location to any destination locations and number of kilometers travelled. Daily travel distance limitation cannot exceed the limitation (see point 3). The car always need to return to the base location at the end of the day. Technology wise is flexible. As long as this can be used as an ongoing tool and it can be easily moved from one PC to another.

Hello Sir, I need to understand a point as you have mentioned in Point#3: Daily travel kilometer limitation if a car travel to 800 KM a day and return back to its original base location so total car traveled 1600 KM in this journey. So daily travel kilometer applies on 800 km or 1600 km in this scenario? I can provide you Google Graphs for such reporting as well. If you wish I can show you the demo also.
