Desktop Application with corresponding databases and registration/login forms

Good evening. I am looking for someone to create a number of databases and along with corresponding registration and log in forms. I am going to take a number of screenshots for you and you get back to me asap. I see that for an extra $100 you can complete in 7 days. How much to get them to me sooner. Wend me a proposal on the first 2 and we'll go from there. The first 2 are registration form and corresponding login. I need the registrant to receive their confirmation of email and I want them to have to confirm their email prior to them being able to log in. I also am looking for a design where once the client is logged in they are able to edit their personal page as they see fit. I also need a database and corresponding form for these clients that will allow them to confirm a job by logging in and then entering and submitting the job number where once submitted the job number once confirmed will cause an email to be delivered notifying me that the job number has been entered. The other database is a company registration form with corresponding log in form. Company reps will also have to receive a email asking them to confirm their email address prior to them being able to log in. But I also have to have a way for these reps to access the clients we assign to them as well as upload documents to the client so the client can perform the assignment. From the client profile page I want the client to be able to send copies of the completed documents to the company rep. There is an app that is also necessary where I can view and monitor both client and company reps. If you think you are up to this task get back to me and I will send you the screen shots.
