I would like you to create a script execution of which will permanently change Microsoft Word and Excel. I would like Word and Excel to contain a new "Save as PDF" option right beneath "Save As" option. There is no need to create the functionality to convert document to PDF, I only need you to create the the permanent option. The solution has to work for Excel/Word 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2017.

The script should be wrapped as an add-in instead of macro, so it could be loaded on every Word or Excel session. The different between the ribbon, it has no need the XML template for this purpose. Simply call the AddCommandBar button within the script and it will add the sub-menu based on your requirement. I could present it within a day or two for this purpose.

Only if you need a serious developer. I have more than 7 years of experience in VBA and macros and working with the whole MS Office package. I have actually developed my own add-in that needed the menu item functionality so I already know how to complete your task. I have a lot of projects in my portfolio, make sure to check them out.
