I need a routine which takes csv lines and validates data. If data is invalid, the routine should search externally via google, company website, hoovers, linkedin, twitter, facebook, etc for the valid data, compare to existing data, correct the invalid data and score the corrected data based with a confidence value. The data is Company Name, Street, City, State, Postal, County, Phone, Website, Contact, Title, Direct Phone, Email, Sales, Employees, SIC Code, SIC Description, Job Function, Job Level, Twitter Profile, LinkedIn Profile, Facebook Profile.

My last project on freelancer was a similar task where i have to take data from csv compare with planyo form incoming data and based on form data i have manipulate with CSV data and if the price values is less then the wallet value booking will not be processed and so on.
