I have some experience with a software that makes something similar, tracking people positions in a store and generating heat maps with most used positions.

Hi, I have gone through your requirements. Having more than7 years of computer vision, image processing and AI experience I am confident that I will be able to complete it successfully. There will be complexities if you want to track multiple persons using multiple cameras. Because tracking will be lost if multiple persons overlap each other or if they disappear from camera view. If you want simple one person tracking with a single camera it will be easy and will be done quickly.
