there are two inputs spreadsheet 1 contains a new row of values for funcions f1 to f100 spreadsheet 2 contains history values for funcionts f1 to f100. code should do the following. 1. write on output, column C, the simple observation whether new values are greater or less than last value. will do that using signs "+" or "-". I mean, if new value is greater than the last value, then a + sign should be written on column C for that funcion. Otherwise, a - should be written. 2. calculate what we call negative history constant and positive history constant, defined as follows. first calculate the sequence of - and + for ea. function. then calculate the average value of both, negative sequence and positive sequence. write that information in columns D and E. 3. for every function that is in a negative sequence right now, code should calculate how many negative steps have we reached. We call that a decline count. write that information in column F. 4. We need a graph for every function that meet the following criteria. a - is in a negative sequence; b - decline count is equal or greater than negative history constant.
