Hi, I have experience with using both the Discord and Google Spreadsheet API's for various projects. I am able to build the bot you require in various languages/deployment environments, including desktop applications or web environments. Please note due to Freelancer minimum limits, I had to bid 17 euros per hour, but my real hourly rate is around 12 euros/hr.
