I want to create a simple app which is a EXE file. When clicked the EXE will open the websites a NEW WINDOW in Chrome, Firefox or any designated brower that is installed on the Windows PC. Website URLs, Logins, and passwords are stored in an [login to view URL] which is an encrypted text TXT file hidden somewhere on the Windows PC. Inside this file there will be multiple Browers, Website URLs, Logins, and Passwords (one per line where each line separated by | ) Example: Chrome | [login to view URL] | loginIDorEmail1 | password1 Chrome | [login to view URL] | loginIDorEmail2 | password2 Chrome | [login to view URL] | loginIDorEmail3 | password3 Chrome | [login to view URL] | loginIDorEmail4 | password4 Chrome | [login to view URL] | loginIDorEmail5 | password5 Chrome | [login to view URL] | loginIDorEmailN | passwordN with unlimited websites, logins and passwords. [login to view URL] can be easily changed. This is so the PC user can access websites but he or she will NOT know the login details. To be considered, please answer these questions: 1) Which programming language will you use? 2) How would you encrypt [login to view URL] 3) When [login to view URL] is changed, how will encrypt the file? 4) Have you created a similar app before that I can see? 5) Can you complete this app in 48 hours? The maximum budget for this app is $70.
