Python opencv shape detection and text extraction

As a python expert, I am familiar with Django/flask, Computer Vision with OpenCV, Dlib, Scikit-image and Machine Learning with Tensorflow, Scipy, Keras, PyTorch, Pandas, Numpy and so on. Hi, I have gone through the project requirement as well as the image you have attached. My plan for completing the project is to use OpenCV python library to detect the rectangles in the image. Then using the coordinates, identify the largest rectangle. I then plan to use Tesseract for the OCR. You would need to install Tesseract in your environment as well as the python bindings for it. Please do let me know if that is incompatible for your environment so that I can look at using an alternate OCR module. The libraries I would be using are: cv2, numpy, mathplotlib, pytesseract, PIL (and may be a couple of additional libraries if required). I am an expert python developer and have a very good understanding of ML/AL including image procesing. The code I provide will be modular and well documented.
