We are looking for a developer working with RASA platform to set-up chatbot (2 scenarios), channel integration (FB, webchat), and simple back-end with user authentication, communication history and forwarding. It is necessary to set-up RASA NLU for non-Spacy language (just Fasttext), and provide step-by-step configuration for Windows Server. Looking for experienced RASA developers. If this project is successful, we have next development stages ready.

I have good understanding of RASA platform in both NLU and Core. I thin, i will best suit for your project. I can use python Flask/Django framework to develop this chatbot and backend AI engine will be from RASA. Also, i have good experience in hosting the application in windows server using IIS.
