Can you check attached file for image process coding practice in python and can you give me your best price? [login to view URL] This algorithm for the determine fire area (i pointed it with yellow color) which is presented in attached fire model file. This coding practice is the first step of my next project. For the second step, i continue to develop algorithm and i will send it to you in the following days.
