Hello, We have all the hardware and start working right away. If you need we can do a demonstration of image processing prior awarding the project. We can do both number plate recognition and car counting. I prefer OpenCV , but if you need I can also do OpenALPR. I am Anthony from Sri lanka. I developed a car license plate recognition system previously for a previous project so I am intimately familiar with the intricacies of your project. I can also share the details of that project as it is not covered under any NDA. I also took that knowledge and expertise to develop an algorithm for Container number recognition. The key issues will depend on the several factor specifically attributed to the deployment and requirements of the system, such as camera angles, real-time or offline processing, etc. I will need to discuss these details before we settle on a bid and timeline for the project. I am unfamiliar with ALPR library you mention but am quite familiar with OpenCV. I would also recommend another libary called Arrayfire especially during the prototyping and experimentation stage.
