I am most familiar with the R programming language, and could complete this task both quickly an professionally. Also, if SAS is your preferred language, I could export the data in that format in addition to the native RData format or as a simple csv file.

Hi, Matt S Rinc here and I can help you - using R for three years, with several Coursera Data Science certificates and a second year in PhD studies of Knowledge Management (so statistics is a large part of my research). Can you provide some direct URLs for data sources (because I need number, availability and size of all input data)? And maybe existing final reports you want to achieve? I asume you don't have specific data format yet (for the input sources to recode) - if you do, please tell me more. I don't have SAS yet can provide data mainly in R but also in SPSS or Excel (I guess you have come to Excel limitations). Looking forward to your reply, Matt
