Hello! It's interesting to see you want to get this done it R. I've been working as data science applications for some time, an I've implemented outlier detection algos like variance based (statistical) as well supervised outlier detection routines used widely like labelled data. There was also work regarding cluster analysis, that is using R to find micro clusters. The one they have mentioned in the literature REVIEW. This also based on identification clusters that occur less frequently. Regarding Project: I went through the PDF you've shared, and here is my BID for 5 days. The algo I went through although uses some algos not explained in the paper, but referenced to previous authors. I did read the examples, and they can be arranged. BUT: Where is data to test the algos? DO YOU have access to the same datasets that are in the paper? What are your deadlines? Are you able to CREATE milestone payments? You may RELEASE them upon DELIVERY. Do you need any documentation like doxygen with the code? Kindly message me if you're interested.
