After 10+ years of corporate experience across major MNCs, with a desire and passion to become an Entrepreneur and create my own niche, I took the plunge to Self Employment (since July 2018) where I have built my expertise in the following areas
- HR Consultant for SMEs providing them services across the spectrum - Recruitment, Performance Management, OD, Rewards, etc
- L&D Professional - I have delivered training programs to clients across Personal Development, Influencing, Effective Communication. I have also conceptualized a Sales Competency Model (for Effective Sales Behaviors) to design a training program for an FMCG client
- Coaching - I am ACC -ICF Coach and I provide 1 on 1 coaching to people looking to make career transitions or going through any personal transitions. Through my skills, I develop Trust with the client and by using Effective Listening, Asking Powerful Questions I work towards helping clients increase their Self Awareness, overcome their Limiting Beliefs and commit to desired actions. My coaching is at present a skill development for self and supporting people who reach out to me.
I have an extensive experience and understanding of the Sales Industry(process, expectations & emotions) having worked with 2 leading companies (Pepsi & Castrol BP) with their Sales Teams.
