Dear friends, hope you are doing well. Please quote for approximately 5600 square feet single story residential plan. the drawing should include, 2D/3D, CIVIL, ELECTRICAL, MECHENICAL, INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR LAY OUT, SWIMMIMG POOL, GARDEN, LAWN etc, fore wall and gate. Total space is 2 kanal, yet it can be 3 to 4 kanal if needed. But covered area can be up to 6000 or even 7000 sq feet. Just need to be cost effective. Please note that this plan will come up with central air-conditioning system. plot is square shape, yet it can be rectangle as well. Swimming pool , garden, and drive way will be in front of the house. servant quarter will be in any corner most probably nearby main gate. Need small security cabin beside the main gate. i am going to attach one 2d layout. We will keep it; just we will modify it according to our requirement.
