Walker Mill Apartment Amenity Plan

I am looking for someone to make renderings or sketches of two areas at the apartment complex that I manage. The first project is called Walker Mil Outdoor Space. There is currently an old playground there. We are proposing to add a new playground, gazebo space with outdoor seating and grills, and a new fenced in dog park. I have included before and after images of the current space that will guide you in making your rendering or sketch. I have also included detailed example files of the things that I would like to add. The second project is called Walker Mill Pool Space. This project will be to create a rendering or sketch of the pool space with the addition of new lounge chairs, outdoor furniture sets, outdoor tables and chairs, as well as planters with flowers. Both projects will be used to sell the idea to my boss and tenants. Please feel free to improve areas by adding grass and any other aesthetic that may look nice. I have also included a file called "Example 1" which is a similar sketch type product.
