Executive assistant to help Owner and CEO with various administrative tasks such as assisting with organizing tasks, taking part in some tasks such as online product and equipment research, vendor communications, updating database, and providing additional assistance that reflects the skills that the Executive Assistant can help bring to this position. The project involves logistics regarding tasks associated in opening up a second division within the company, so tasks relating to staffing, equipment acquisitions, budget planning, vendor communications, govt communications, data base set up, CEO travel arrangements, and itinerary set up etc. Experience in some graphic design in setting up marketing materials such as price lists, formatting (not building) business plans etc. would be helpful.

Hello, my name is Marianna and I would like to introduce myself and tell you my experience, so thank you for your time. I am currently living on Italy, so my timezone is GMT+1. However, this won't be a problem for you since I can adapt my work schedule as needed. I have some past experience as a data entry. Particularly, I have worked for a year on a previous company in Argentina, copying laboratory procedures from paper into a digital database, for further consultation and use. Sometimes, I created those procedures directly from scratch into the database. I have also digitalized cards with clients' information from an hotel into a database, to be used as post-sale marketing and feedback. Lately, I have been working part-time filling content of websites and testing them. So, I use the computer and many tools on a daily basis. I am also very detail-oriented. Hi, Looking at the job description it seems you need someone with an IT background as well as someone that is happy and adept at conducting research. I'm your man! My previous work experience has been in the IT field so updating any databases or any other similar functions will not be a problem.
