German speaking call center agent for warm calling

Job Description: • You’ll be logging into a web-based auto-dialer application to make outbound selling calls. The system dials one number after another for you. This will save you a lot of time and will allow high productivity. • Follow communication “scripts” when handling selling. Identify customers' needs, clarify information. Seize opportunities to upsell products. • A script will be supplied and workflow will be detailed at the start of the engagement. All telemarketers will have a full training program before the calling begins. Requirements: • Experience in Sales, Telemarketing. • Must love phone work! • Excellent communication skills and command of the German language (slight accent is fine). • Dependable high-speed internet connection (cable or DSL) during the duration of your shifts.
