Sell (part of) my online Food Supplement Store

Dear Freelancers, I am looking for someone that has time and experience to sell my store, in- or excluding the remaining stock. The stock can also be sold separately. The aim of these sales is to get some(as much as possible) returns from the business before leaving it. The collaboration with the Freelancer will be such that he or she will get a percentage of the combined returns. I am pretty occupied now so that I do not have time to investigate sales opportunities myself. Offering: Store: The store that is being sold is a store in food supplements focused on the European market. It has a limited liability entity. Its preferred buyer is located in The Netherlands, second choice is UK and last choice is all other countries within Europe. The current offer focuses on ayurvedic dietary supplements. The brand name is strong(will be provided after your first reaction). The owner is Dutch. The USPs of the webshop: Low asset - with a 3PL provider, only a company address is required to receive test reports and the documentation for the HACCP and NVWA. Flexible - automatic order fulfillment HACCP systems and processes arranged so that the process from A to Z complies with the legislation, including the possibility to import food supplements from outside the EU or to have them produced outside the EU (under their own name). Strong brand name - including two domain names. One domain is focused on the ayurvedic, informational side. The other domain is focused on weight loss and fitness. Reason for sale: The company was set up by an engineer who knows a lot about the optimization of processes and quality procedures, but has little knowledge of, or experience in, marketing and e-commerce. The current marketing activities are not professional or successful enough. Stock: Currently, there is a stock left of about 700 pieces with a sales value of around 14.000 Euros. My assistance: Providing all information and documents required. A lot is available. Translating text to Dutch(this can be emails or overviews) Sparring partner The ideal Freelancer has experience in the sale of webshops or leftover stocks. The goal is to achieve as much return as possible. This can include sales of the store, the quality system, the stock or any of these combination. Your job will be to find and contact companies and connect them for sales. In your reply, please indicate a general approach and some stories of previous similar projects. Upon your reply, I will send you the details of the stores. I expect the sales of the store in its entirely is between 5000 and 15000 euros. As mentioned, I want to share a portion of the proceeds with the freelancer. Before we move to a next steps, we will agree on the portion that you will receive. This will be somewhere between 1%-30%. It would stand for your ambition if you bid a (very) low flat rate. I will respond to every reaction that shows understanding of the project, and not to reactions that show misunderstanding.
