There was a time when I used to make Seo sales for the company, it was a new campaign for everyone and I was the youngest guy on the floor, I was hired in the interview process and everything however my supervisor laughed at me and the hiring manager that this guy is too young and would not be able to make sales. My biggest mistake in telemarketing was giving prospect clients a chance to think about the product or services, mostly I mafe sales right on the first call or maximum by second follow up thats it, if the client procrastinate it means either you failed as a sales agent or the customer is playing around with you. 3. I'll call the shoe company get to the right person teling him that your competitors are placing ads on oir magazine and we are running special discounts right now for shoe companies 4. If the person on the other side is interested but cannot make up his mind I'll tell him that its a great offer and limited time promotion or these kinds of offers comes once in a blue moon if you don't act now you may not be able to get this offer again. 5. If the customer is shouting at the other end of the phone the first thing is that there's nothing we can do but what we should do is listen to the clients concern carefully and first let him vent all his frustration and when he's done opologize empathize and let him know we'll do whatever we can to help you out.
