Configure a CRM system (Salesforce, Pipedrive or other)

We are looking for a CRM Expert that has enough knowledge about the tools in the market so it can: 1. Recommend the best tool to use based on our scenario below 2. Help us configure the tool to fit our scenario below When you bid for the project please write in the project description what CRM you recommend we need to use based on the scenario below. PLEASE DO NOT BID WITHOUT RECOMMENDING A CRM IN THE PROPOSAL OR YOUR BID WILL BE IGNORED. REQUIREMENTS: We need to import a list of leads we purchaseWe mail them a letter, email or call. (we'd like to differentiate in the stages between mail sent, or contact made via email or call)They then have to apply to get accepted on an online form (form to be generated and customized using the CRM, and upon application, an automatic email needs to be sent to the lead)Once applied the status should change/progress and all the fields should be updated for the lead and its [login to view URL] reviews the applications and progresses them to the next stage, which needs to trigger a welcome [login to view URL] an admin progresses an application to accepted a contract needs to go out to the applicant (e-signature required therefore integration with the CRM is crucial)Upon signing the document the lead has to be moved to a different stage awaiting payment and a payment email sent out(ideally the CRM can integrate with stripe)After payment is made the lead needs to become a member (with welcome email)Once a member admin needs to have the ability to allocate the member to a group with other [login to view URL] needs to be an ability to send a recurring meeting invite via Zoom for the group.
