A custom visualforce replicating the standard functionality is the only solution to the problem. Any salesforce developer cannot URL hack to give a solution to this hence a complete custom visualforce page can only deliver the requirement. This would consume 3-4 hours of effort to replicate

I have worked on a similar project in my workplace where the lead conversion was to bypass all validation rules and also worked on similar solution as described in Part A. It will require quick configuration and apex code to create this process. I am asking for 3 days because I would require 1.5 days to build it and 1.5 days to test and fix bugs.
