I'm a Sr. Customer Experience Leader. I need a refresher on SF, account management/ case mgmt, how to identify optimization within Service Cloud, etc. Basically need an expert to discuss SF with. Looking for 2-4 hours this week, do a screen share, Q&A prior to Thursday. Have a few free hours? I'm on PST and can be flexible with time. US based preferred due to time zone constraints.
