Three tasks involving UPCs (universal product codes)

I have a database with about 26,000 organic food products. You can see out website at [login to view URL], which is still in development. I could supply you with the product titles and supplier names of each one product in an xls or csv file. And I have a database with about 5,000 UPC codes that could also be supplied in the same way. The first task is to find the correct UPC code for the 26,000 products. There does not seem to be an all-inclusive database online of all UPC codes. There are a few sources that have some codes, [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], but those don't seem to have very many of the products. You might find a better way, but the best way I've found so far is a simple google search by product and supplier name. So, for the first task, you'll probably want to write a script to do the search for each product and find and extract the UPC code from resulting records. The end result would be two xls files, one with the UPC code provided in a new column, and a second one simply listing all the products that you were unable to find the UPC code. The second task is to find the correct product names for the 5,000 UPC codes that I have. The same sources can be tried but I suspect that a another script to do a google search is the best way.
