setup continuous integration for a eclipse RCP plugin project(repost)

I am looking for a contractor with continuous integration experience and some eclipse RCP experience to setup a CI workflow system. We are using the following technologies; jenkins for the CI server maven for build automaton sonar for code tests jenkins plugins eclipse RCP SDK The requirements are 1. daily build each of the github branches to the p2 updates site 2. test the build compatitbility for dependencies (this requires some spec work) 3. Build a single downloadable eclipse standalone with the plugin installed 4. Build the components for the p2 updates site 5. Carry out spec work to determine what are the appropriate methods to auomate testing of a RCP pluing with UI contributions? 6. configure the CI system to "announce" the new releases via twitter, to the mailing list 7. provide email reports back to developers based on build failures
