Need a VB.NET Library working in VB6

We need a VB.NET Library to work inside our VB6 application. The library is not built yet, however will just be wanting something simple like show a form or do a httpwebrequest however this library must be called from within the vb6 application, and must be using .NET to compile the dll. the problem is this, there is an API we need to connect with in a vb6 application, the application is huge and we will not be re-coding it at this stage. we have example .NET code for the application / class we are needing, but dont want to upgrade the project

If it uses .NET 2.0 or 3.5 then it will be totally comply. Otherwise you should modify a few. Let me know if it supports 2.0 or 3.5

We have extensive experience in .Net technologies and have been working since .Net framework 1.1. In your case, we will be using RCW feature of .Net to call the dll from VB. We also have experience in VB 5 and 6, so it should not be a problem.
