Approx. 200 lines python code to selectively rename and sort media files based on nested dictionary table

An approximately 200 lines python program that renames and sorts media files from different camera models. The rules in the code work from a nested dictionary, so it can selectively applied to different camera models and filetypes. The process starts with 1‐50 directories each containing media files from the same or different camera models as directory trees or simply as loose files. The end result are files named and sorted into 3 groups: raw files, support files, and _to_else files. First append all media files with folder name (sometimes skip this), camera name, LWT (modification time), time zone. Then sort which media files goes to raw, support , or _to_else directory. Then, number all raw files (including assigning the same number to support files if they share the same original basename). Then, whatever left in the directory (i.e., everything other than "media file", even empty native directory trees) , zip‐it up and put into the support folder along with support files.
