I need to create a simple Visual Studio project based on Stripe API with the following process flow: - authorized on Stripe Live with provided transaction and security keys - load an array of 16-digit card numbers from a text file - tokenize a card from the array (if required by Stripe processing rules) - create a charge with Stripe API ($0.50) using the tokenized card - log the result to text file that's it.
