Application Workflow:
A) DETERMINE WHICH TYPE OF PDF FILE IT IS ( 11-15 different formats )
B) EXTRACT PDF TO EXCEL FORMAT
C) RUN ACTIONS ON EXCEL FILE
#1 – Duplicate Row “C” to Row “F”
#2 – Clear Column “E” Under Memo
#3 – Move all negative numbers from “D” to column “E”. If number positive, leave alone in column “D”
#4 – Perform a search on column “C” for an exact word search and if the word if found in the column it should replace the cell with the word only in column “C” ( View image in step4)
D) CONVERT TO QUICKBOOKS FILE
