Excel Forecast - interactive model with WBS

I’m looking for someone to create a rolling forecast model in excel 1. There is two data source (actual and budgets in excel) that are used to create the forecast model 2. The budget does not change but new actual data comes in each month 3. The forecast is complied using both data sources and then input is required on the model 4. After input is complete the data need to be saved in a seperate file/tab which is used to be uploaded into the crm This is repeated monthly with updated actual data based on the month were in Ideally would like to capture new lines automatically and to update automatically based on the month selected. Something like a pivot table you can input on. Once completed the data can be stored Need someone with a financial knowledge that can pick up what I’m talking about.
