Greetings! I have reviewed the code and now understand what is happening. The ascending / descending range is dependent on row 3 data. There is data only up to Col I in Row 3. Both the ascending and descending macros are designed to sort only up to Col I. If you would like that to be changed so that the entire data in Row 2 is considered for sorting, I can come up with a quick fix. Being a full time freelancer working exclusively on Excel based projects, I work on such Excel based tasks every single day. I have 18 years experience in using Excel as part of my daily work life. Presently row is sorting up or down only till column I and not considering entire active cells or row 2. u want entire row to sort based on active cells in that row? Presently macro sorting row 2 data based active cells in row 3. In your file, C3:D3 is having data(either 1 or 0) so accordingly sorting till that range
