Require a OSX screen saver triggered by timer that locks the desktop and presents a dialog to the user to enter some information about what they are working on. The app should allow the user to defer a number of times. Integrated to Active Directory for login and a custom timesheet PHP application for collecting project list and recording time entered. Configurable to allow setting of time between checks, the number of acceptable deferals, and working hours when the screen lock should occur.
