Write a software where i can specify a MySQL database to which all academic terms from all ~600 hochschulen (universities and colleges) from germany, austria and switzerland are transferred from the official sources. The columns should be "Country", "State", "Hochschule" and for every term another column "Term"_X (name of the term). The date format should be DD.MM.YYYY-DD.MM.YYYY. This should be stored in one table named "Hochschulen_Terms". The links to the official sources should be stored in a second table "Hochschulen_Links" with the colums "Country", "State", "Hochschule" and "Link". I would like to have the sources and the binaries. If you speak german, it will make your work easier.
