VB6 Visual Basic 6 - Reports (repost)

Hi, I am Nallakumar. I have more than 9 years of experience in VB 6 developments. I would suggest to go for Crystal Reports for adding reporting capabilities to VB 6 applications, as it has lot of reporting options, reliable and VB 6 has easy connector to it. I am good at Crystal Reports and port it to VB 6 applications. Please provide more details on the requirements like number of reports, charts required to quantify the work and provide an appropriate bid. Thanks, Nalla

Hello, The VB6 Report object is not very flexible in my experience but I would need to know more about your requirements so I can offer some recommendations. MS Chart is an option for charts, graphs, etc. There are 3rd party utilities (probably free) available for PDF export. Drill-downs would be handled by the reporting tool - so if for example we choose Crystal Reports as our reporting tool, it allows drill-down reports. But as I said I need more details. hello... Look at your case i think it's can be done with crystal report for vb6. with crystal report you can create many report like Such as graphs, pie charts, drill down reports - and able to save to PDF format thanks bahrul

We can use crystal reports and export the same in pdf format. Rest we can discuss in more detail once you are fine with the suggession

I can make up to 3 reports using ActiveReports 2. You can export then to Excel, PDF and RTF.

i'have right now ready a similar project, if you want see it write me and talk. the project allow generate graphs an to save too, can be in word or PDF. And scuse me for me English i'm learning.
