Write some software -- 2

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using Java. Software details are below: 1)It should be connected to biometric device to track the attendance of my staff including check in time and check out time. 2)Need to create profile of each staff showing details like name,address, phone number,email etc with a profile picture which could be taken from webcam. 3)Need to see a list in software showing who are currently in the office. 4) Payment options should be there wherein a staff can enter the total amount received from the consignment. 5) Salary of the staff should be paid directly through the software. 6)Need two systems software with one master and one slave without using a Web server. The software should be totally offline. 7) Reports should be automatically generated daily weekly monthly like showing payment received, salary paid, today's attendance, monthly attendance etc.
