Zerodha Kite api Or Upstox api development

I am looking at automating my trade placement. I need a web developer to develop a web based application for me which can run on windows platform and will execute the trades automatically using RESTFUL HTTP API webservice provided by Zerodha or UPSTOX (refer Zerodha or Upstox Api documentation for details). There are wrapper libraries in C# developed for these API calls which make development much easier. This wrapper lib can be used or the calls can be made in javascript whichever provides better performance and security. What I need is - 1. Token based authentication at start of the day 2. Read OHLC data for a set of script (Nifty 50). Filter out top 5 scripts based on the filter criteria (which I will provide to the selected developer). The filter criteria is simple based on price action - prev day close and current price and some indicator like Moving average. 3. Place a Bracket order at current market price with fixed stop loss and target for the filtered scripts. Since the wrapper C# library provides all the required functions in easy to use methods the development of this requirement will not take much time for some one familiar with Zerodha or Upstox APIs. Once the application is deployed it might need some fine tuning to ensure bracket orders are executed in volatile environments as well. Please make note of this and I will help you to over come these issues technically.
