I have a storyboard of 40 slides with details on how I would like to create each slide in Storyline 2 . The slides were pulled from PowerPoint but I would like the design of the course to be more professional. I need animations, transitions, text, and photos to be used to make it look very polished. The narration portion is not needed as I will need to record this myself. The course will be published in a SCORM package and be HTML5 compatible. I will be uploading it to a Moodle server. I am available on Skype/Hangouts to discuss if need be.

I can do this if you need SCORM I can not provide Storyline - but iSpring 100% HTML5 compatible for mobile without App or Plugin. I could start August 3rd. Fully booked until. I serve a number of moodle customers with iSpring SCORM.
