Create a simple game for our website

We would like to find out a) the cost b) the possibility of creating an online game for our customers to 'fit out' a warehouse or shed with a few of our products. Without having any knowledge of what would be involved in creating this, here are our thoughts: 1. Customer could select from 2 different warehouse sizes - small shed or large warehouse - these need to be a specific size e.g 7 metres x 15 metres (to scale). We would love to offer the option of putting in your own dimensions e.g if a customer has measured their shed and it is 8 metres x 10 metres, they can type that in and the warehouse plan would come up to scale at that size...is this possible? Warehouse / shed would then pop up as a 'top' or 'flat' view - as though you are looking down on the warehouse from above it. 2. Have a 'Gallery' of our most popular products e.g Pallet Racking, Shelving, Plastic Trays 3. Customers can click and drag the products with different size options onto the warehouse plan - fitting out the warehouse how they would like to. 4. We would like each product to come with helpful hints e.g Ensure you allow at least 800mm aisles of shelving, that pop up when you click & drag the product. 5. Once fitout is complete, customer can export / print / save the plan and/or send to us via the web with a comments section if they want to add more detail. NOTE: The icing on the cake would be if you could add a little forklift to the plan, and / or a 'warehouse staff member' and you could use the back and forth arrows to move either the forklift or the staff member around the warehouse plan Thanks, looking forward to seeing what can be done!
