Chatbot required

The estimate needs to provide us with an indication of the costs associated with: initial development of a minimum viable product for a small alpha pilot further development and additional features for a beta test full features and ongoing running costs and this is based on the parameters below. Purpose of Bot To provide interaction for people experiencing loneliness. User experience/interaction parameters Users will self-select option to tailor their experience based on: Age; Location (initial roll-out will be a regional pilot, so this may be added in beta version or later); Interests (understand this may be more complex to build in terms of interactions so likely not included in alpha). Chatbot will then engage with user to determine mood, current activity (i.e. what is causing mood) and engage user with tailored responses based on their inputted data. At end of chat, users will give feedback as to whether it helped their loneliness/improved their mood. Additional features Is it possible to gather input data (anonymised) based on an opt-in in order to leverage for separate insight? Is it possible for the chatbot to learn on an individual/demographic/regional basis what interactions work better and provide this information to the administrator? Scale Initial alpha pilot in one region of 500-2000 people. Beta of say 10,000 users in multiple regions. Ongoing estimate for national usage up to potentially circa 1 million users.
