ownCloud Testing, documentation and bug report - repost 2

I would like you to provide a quote on the following ownCloud test and bug report. Please the quote should include how many days/weeks to finish the activities. The testing should be carried out on three different user The test should be carried on ownCloud sync clients that was upgraded to 1.5 The ownCloud server is running version 6.0.0a, I will provide the details of ownCloud server after the quote. On test lab 1. Three platform Mac, Ubuntu 12.04 and Windows Vista. 2. Two platform Mac and Ubuntu 12.04 3. Windows Vista and Ubuntu 12.04 4. Windows Vista and Mac On production environment with 6 users 5. Three platform 3 Mac, 2 Ubuntu 12.04 and 1 Windows Vista users. Case 1 creating 'duplicate' titlecase and uppercase folder names when performing a folder rename on the client: On Wednesday 27/11/2013, we noticed missing folders and files on GROUP OPERATIONS server. Action before we noticed missing folders and files; One of our team members recently changed the folder name from lower case letters (Group Operations) to uppercase letters (GROUP OPERATIONS) using ownCloud sync client. Following this rename, there were two folders on the server and on most of the clients Group Operations and GROUP Case 2 in the case above where a client only see's one of the two server folders Another user later renamed the only Group Operations folder on user’s computer (Mac) to GROUP OPERATIONS on Thursday/Friday using ownCloud sync client 1.3.0 and uploaded another file called [login to view URL] using web interface to GROUP OPERATIONS. On Tuesday (3/12/2013), we noticed that the uploaded file was also missing. The test environment is similar to case 1 and a continuation of Case 1. Case 3 duplication of folders which have a space on the end of the foldername On Friday 6/12/2013, a technical support staff noticed that he is having ownCloud syncing issue with the error message”~/Islandora/Images/ Richards-Life-After-Wartime: error within the directory” On preliminary investigation we noticed that there are folders on the same directory with similar names but one ends with space while the other folder did not. We think that the user created a folder with space at the end of folder’s name because the folder with space at the end of folder’s name has contents while the other folder without space at the end does not have content. ownCloud sync client is running version 1.4.2 when the bug appeared, OS is Windows Vista SOE Case 4 within a shared hierarchy, when moving folders on a client, does a copy get left? A user informed us that it looks like there is a syndrome where when a folder is moved to different directory a 'ghost' is left behind. The user suggested that this might have been fixed in the latest release. 1. I would also want you to produce Testing documents on the above tests. 2. Keep all detailed of the testing 3. Record each step and what time you did 4. Paste in stuff from logs if required with details of clients logs and server logs on what events that are implicated in the bugs 5. Write the conclusion of the findings. 6. Write a bug report for the ownCloud github after the conclusion is made I would be expecting to see more detail about what is happening behind the scenes on each stage. I assume that would give me an understanding of how sync works eg when changes are detected locally what message gets sent to the server, how do changes propagate through the network of clients, etc. Also, don't forget to keep pasting in URLs for github issues or forum posts that are relevant to what the finding.
