TradingView Pine Script Trading Strategy and Alert

I am looking for a freelance pine script coder to modify an existing simple MACD script to be a custom indicator so I can configure Trading view to send me an alert. Instead of using the MACD crossing the signal line to indicate long or short position, I want the long position to be at the lowest point of the MACD curve, just before it is ascending. The short position should be at the top of the MACD curve, just before it starts to descend, Also, I want this strategy so I can back test specific dates in the past.
