Back testing RSI Trading Strategy

I want to back test a trading strategy based on RSI. Basically I want to short stocks when the RSI goes above a certain level and offset the position with a long from a pre defined basket of stocks. Exit when the RSI reaches a certain level. There should be a page where can I specify: - Total Portfolio Size - RSI level to Short at - Position % Limit ( for eg. One position cannot be greater than 2% of the total portfolio size). As you can see in this model the portfolio can hold a max of 50 stocks. If this becomes the case then add more positions even if they exceed the portfolio size, but % will of be initial portfolio size not after the added positions) - Offsetting tickers basket. - Max Loss limit per position (For eg. Close position if loss is > 10% ). Include the hedge in this too. All trades will be assumed at the closing price of that day. For eg. Total Portfolio size $100,000 RSI Level to short: 70 RSI Level to cover: 50 Position limit: 2% Offsetting basket: QQQQ (40%), SPY (60%) Max Loss: 5% The RSI for GOOG goes over 70, short the stock at the closing price ($Value of $2000) worth of stock at the same time go LONG SPY $1200 and QQQQ $800. Keep the position until RSI reaches 50 at which point cover the short and sell the longs at the closing price. Also need the option to specific the commission rate per share which will affect Net P&L. I have attached an excel file with the RSI Data and Price Data.
