Admin to migrate from lotus notes to exchange, Sherpa

Need admin to assist in migration from lotus notes /domino to exchange 2010 Sherpa is used as an email archive e-discovery tool. Sherpa creates archive files that will need to get migrated to exchange. Plan and Implement Migration. Perform discovery on what needs to be migrated and process the migration. Environment is in production for 800 users. Migration will be to exchange test environment so the new environment is not in procuction.
