I am already working as a Vmware engineer from past 6 years with many clients and have expertise in this. Relevant Skills and Experience MCSA certified,Sound knowledge of Vmware,Active directory and clouding.

I understand my bid is a bit higher than the others, because this will take a bit of time to sort through. The first thing I will be doing is gaining access to the vCenter and going over the logs and making sure each host is properly configured and working. We will verify the Datacenter is in working order, and examine any HA and failover you have. Next, I will examine the loads on each host and make sure you have not over provisioned resources on any of the hosts - I will migrate VMs as needed. Next, I will look at each Windows VM for performance - and disk performance. I assume you have shared storage so I'll need to examine that as well. Hopefully a good SAN with many spindles, other wise we'll look at your iSCSI/NFS performance and frame size. Finally, we'll look at each thin client and verify proper connectivity.
